Pilates: focus on good movement and posture in our Pilates Studio. Mobilise joints and use your body more efficiently to reduce aches and pains. Conserve energy, become body aware and feel a difference.
Yoga: Gently stretch and strengthen your body. Build outer and inner balance. Use precise and purposeful movements and longer holds, with steady breathing to slow down the mind.
Tai Chi: Stretch your body and relax your mind. Take control of your body and breathing. Create a wonderful sense of wellbeing. Feel centred, serene and calm.
Wear comfortable fitness attire, something you can easily move your body in. Staying hydrated during and after your class is important, so bring a water bottle. Mats are provided and if you would like to bring your own then please do.
