Better Balance: A strength and balance falls prevention group. An initial falls assessment followed by education and exercises, designed to prevent falls and associated injuries.
Healthy Hearts: A fun and social way to exercise and keep your heart healthy. The Healthy Hearts classes take place at the TGO outdoor gym at the Faversham Recreation Ground.
Move Type 2: This Diabetes prevention class is aimed at anyone who wants to start getting active and prevent health complications. The Move Type 2 classes take place at the TGO outdoor gym at the Faversham Recreation Ground.
Wear casual clothing and trainers that you are comfortable to exercise in and are not restrictive to your movement. There are rooms you can get changed in. Bring a water bottle to keep hydrated during exercise. If you are attending an outdoor class at the Faversham Recreation Ground you might need warm clothes during the winter months.
