Spin: more intense than riding a stationary bike, our Spinning Classes last for 30-60 minutes. Intensity varies throughout class thanks to different riding positions, pedal speed and resistance.

Kettlercise: transform and tone your body using a range of lightweight kettlebell exercise. From high energy pulse raisers to targeting specific muscle groups such as abs, glutes, arms and thighs.
Body Blitz: a High Intensity Interval Training workout. Work hard, elevate your heart and metabolic rate, burn calories during and after the class. Burn up to 9x more fat than traditional CV exercise.
The body will definitely work up a sweat, so wear moisture-wicking clothes to keep cool and dry. Normal trainers will work fine for most classes. Best bring a towel to keep you dry and a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.
