Charlotte Henrich x Kesson: Movement That Fuels a Champion
Our new and inspiring partnership with one of Great Britain’s brightest young athletes: Charlotte Henrich.
We’re thrilled to announce a new and inspiring partnership with one of Great Britain’s brightest young athletes: Charlotte Henrich, an under-20 400m sprinter whose commitment to excellence is nothing short of extraordinary.
At just 15, Charlotte won gold at the U18 European Championships. By 16, she was standing on two Youth Commonwealth Games podiums. And at 17, she reached the finals of the U20 World Championships, all while balancing full-time school. Now, training full time and with her sights firmly set on breaking the U20 outdoor British record, Charlotte is embracing every tool available to stay ahead.
Following a strong start to her indoor season—where she set a British U20 record for the 300m—Charlotte’s season was unfortunately cut short due to injury. It was a moment that shifted her focus, not just toward performance, but to active recovery and injury prevention. Enter Kesson.
Guided by her physio, Charlotte was introduced to Reformer Pilates—and we’re honoured she’s chosen to work with Kesson on this next phase of her training. Pilates is already making a difference: enhancing her balance, core strength, muscle coordination, and flexibility, all while supporting quicker recovery and long-term performance.
Charlotte says:
“Pilates is helping me connect with my body and avoid future injuries. I feel stronger and more balanced, and I’m really motivated to chase that outdoor British record this summer.”
At Kesson, we’re about more than just wellness. We believe movement is a form of empowerment—and Charlotte is living proof. This partnership is a perfect reflection of what we stand for: Move Better, Live Better.
We can’t wait to support her on this journey, and to show how innovative recovery tools like reformer Pilates can help any athlete—elite or everyday—unlock their full potential.
Follow along as Charlotte’s season unfolds—we promise it’ll be one to watch.
